American Bitcoin Corp. (ABTC) is a Bitcoin mining company that operates ASIC miners to mine Bitcoin. Originally the 'ASIC Compute' sub-segment of Hut 8 Corp.'s 'Compute' segment, it became a standalone entity in March 2025 when Hut 8 contributed substantially all of its wholly-owned ASIC miners to American Data Centers Inc. (renamed American Bitcoin Corp.). In September 2025, it merged with Gryphon Digital Mining, Inc., which subsequently adopted the American Bitcoin Corp. name.
