Artesian Resources Corporation is a Delaware holding company incorporated in 1927, operating seven wholly-owned subsidiaries providing water, wastewater, and related services in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Its principal subsidiary, Artesian Water Company, is the oldest and largest investor-owned public water utility on the Delmarva Peninsula, serving residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, and utility customers. Services include water distribution, wastewater treatment, contract water and wastewater operations, and Service Line Protection Plans.
