Boise Cascade is one of the largest U.S. wholesale distributors of building materials and a leading manufacturer of engineered wood products (EWP) and plywood in North America. Its two segments—Building Materials Distribution (BMD) and Wood Products—operate with high integration. BMD distributes OSB, plywood, lumber, siding, doors, millwork, roofing, and EWP through 40 nationwide facilities. Wood Products manufactures LVL, I-joists, laminated beams, plywood panels, and ponderosa pine lumber, supplying approximately 75% of its volume to BMD.
