Consumers 2014 Securitization Funding LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Consumers Energy Company, which is itself a subsidiary of CMS Energy Corporation. The LLC was formed as a special purpose entity to issue Senior Secured Securitization Bonds, Series 2014A. It holds securitization property purchased from Consumers Energy and is administered and serviced by Consumers Energy under related transaction agreements.
