EACO Corporation is a Florida-based holding company operating primarily through its wholly-owned subsidiary Bisco Industries, Inc. and its Canadian subsidiary Bisco Industries Limited. Bisco is a distributor of electronic components (spacers, standoffs, card guides, fuses, connectors, cable components) and fasteners serving OEMs in aerospace, circuit board, communication, computer, fabrication, instrumentation, industrial equipment, and marine industries. Bisco operates 51 sales offices and seven distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada, plus one office in the Philippines.
