Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP is a limited partnership that invests in mortgage revenue bonds (MRBs), governmental issuer loans (GILs), and other financing instruments supporting affordable multifamily housing across the United States. The Partnership also holds equity investments in multifamily properties, participates in tax-exempt bond securitization (TEBS) financings with Freddie Mac, and manages a construction lending joint venture with BlackRock Impact Opportunities to finance affordable housing development.
