Mills Music Trust was created in 1964 to acquire the right to receive a deferred contingent purchase price obligation from Mills Music, Inc. following the sale of its music and lyric copyright catalogue of over 12,000 titles. The Trust receives quarterly royalty-based payments from EMI Mills Music Inc., administered by Sony/ATV Music Publishing LLC, and distributes proceeds to Unit Holders after expenses. The Trust conducts no other business activities.
