What We Collect
From AI Agents and API Users
Access logs: IP address, user agent, endpoint requested, timestamp, response size. We use this to understand which AI agents access our data, measure usage, and improve the service.
No authentication required: Free tier requires no account, no API key, no personal information.
From IR for AI Program Participants
Contact information: Name, email address, and title provided when submitting an IR onboarding form.
Company IR resource URLs: Links to investor relations pages, transcript locations, and press release URLs that you provide.
Verification data: Domain verification tokens and method selected.
From Website Visitors
Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp.
No cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers.
No JavaScript tracking. Our pages are plain HTML. We do not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar service.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect passwords or payment information through this site.
We do not collect personal data from SEC filings — all company data is extracted from public government records.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How We Use Data

Data Retention
Access logs: Retained indefinitely for analytics. IP addresses may be anonymized after 90 days.
Onboarding submissions: Retained for the life of the business relationship. You may request deletion at any time.
Public company data: Sourced from SEC EDGAR, a US government public database. This is public record data and is not subject to deletion requests.

Security
All data is served over HTTPS. The database is hosted on Oracle Cloud infrastructure. Cryptographic origin leaves provide tamper-evident verification for all data served through the API.
Your Rights
Access: You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your onboarding submission at any time.
Correction: You may update your contact information by submitting a new onboarding form or contacting us.
