Incorporated in Delaware in 1986 with predecessor businesses founded in 1932, the company operates three segments: Communications Solutions (52% of 2025 net sales), Harsh Environment Solutions (26%), and Interconnect and Sensor Systems (22%), serving markets including IT/data communications, defense, automotive, and mobile devices.
