CrossAmerica Partners LP is a Delaware limited partnership formed in 2011 that wholesale distributes motor fuel and owns/leases real estate used in retail motor fuel distribution. It operates approximately 1,000 sites, distributes fuel to ~1,600 sites across 34 states, operates 352 company-operated retail/convenience stores, and distributes branded fuels including ExxonMobil, BP, Marathon, Shell, Valero, and Phillips 66. It is one of the ten largest independent motor fuel distributors in the U.S. by volume.
