National Storage Affiliates Trust (NSA) is a fully integrated, self-administered, self-managed REIT focused on ownership, operation, and acquisition of self storage properties across the United States. As of December 31, 2025, NSA held interests in 1,063 self storage properties in 37 states and Puerto Rico, comprising approximately 69.4 million rentable square feet and 548,000 storage units. NSA operates under brands including iStorage, Move It, Northwest, RightSpace, SecurCare, and Southern, and manages unconsolidated real estate ventures with institutional partners.
