PNM Energy Transition Bond Company I, LLC is a special purpose entity and wholly-owned subsidiary of Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM), which is itself a subsidiary of TXNM Energy, Inc. The company was formed to issue energy transition bonds (asset-backed securities) secured by energy transition property purchased from PNM. U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association serves as Indenture Trustee, and PNM acts as servicer and administrator.
