United States Natural Gas Fund, LP (UNG) is a Delaware limited partnership and commodity pool that issues shares traded on NYSE Arca. Its investment objective is for daily changes in per share NAV to reflect daily changes in natural gas prices at Henry Hub, as measured by the Benchmark Futures Contract (near month NYMEX natural gas futures). UNG invests primarily in natural gas futures contracts on NYMEX, ICE Futures Europe, and ICE Futures U.S., with collateral held in short-term U.S. Treasuries, cash, and cash equivalents.
