United States 12 Month Oil Fund, LP (USL) is a Delaware limited partnership and commodity pool that issues exchange-traded limited partnership interests on NYSE Arca. USL's investment objective is for daily changes in its per share NAV to reflect daily changes in the spot price of light, sweet crude oil, measured by the average of 12 consecutive months of NYMEX crude oil futures contracts, plus interest on collateral holdings, less expenses.
